Competition Rules:
- Eligibility:
- Open to Belize residents only.
- Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
- Staff of the Belize Tourism Board (BTB) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- How to Enter:
- Follow the Belizean Traveller Facebook Page to participate.
- Each day, a new challenge will be posted on the Facebook Page. Participants must complete the challenge and share their entry on Facebook.
- Entries must include the hashtag #BelizeanTravellerChristmas and tag Belizean Traveller to be eligible.
- Entry Requirements:
- Only one entry per participant per challenge is allowed.
- Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on the same day the challenge is posted. Late entries will not be considered.
- Content must be original and relevant to the daily challenge theme.
- Judging Criteria:
- Winners will be selected based on creativity, effort, and relevance to the challenge.
- The decision of the judges will be final.
- Prizes:
- Daily winners will be announced the following day.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The grand prize will be awarded to the participant with the best entry for the Day 12 challenge and who has demonstrated the most consistent and outstanding performance across all 12 challenges.
- Additional Rules:
- By participating, entrants agree to have their submissions featured on the Belizean Traveller Facebook Page and other promotional materials.
- Offensive, inappropriate, or unrelated content will be disqualified.
- Belizean Traveller reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
- Important Dates:
- The competition runs from December 12–23, 2024.
- Daily winners will be announced by the following day.
- Grand prize winner will be announced on December 24, 2024.

- Day 3: Festive Holiday Scents – Tell us about the smell that reminds you of Christmas, like pine, cinnamon, or baked goodies.
- Day 4: Belize’s Brightest Christmas Spots – Show off your favorite decorated spot. It could be your neighborhood or a landmark!
- Day 5: Festive Family Vibes – Share how your family celebrates Christmas together.
- Day 6: Christmas Morning Delights – Show us how you spend Christmas morning—whether it’s breakfast, gift-giving, or relaxing.
- Day 7: Belizean Christmas Beats – Share your favorite Belizean Christmas song or a short clip of you singing it.
- Day 8: Holiday Outfit Showoff – Show off your festive look or accessories.
- Day 9: Oh Christmas Tree – Share a photo of your Christmas tree. Bonus points for unique, local designs!
