Kirsten and Per Ole Kristensen were both born in Denmark and moved to the United States with their two daughters in 1998 after living in Hong Kong for three years. In their 30+ years of marriage the two have traveled the world in search of adventure, culture, and relaxation. As the time came for them to consider retirement, they began looking for the perfect place for a second home. After considering countless locations from the French Riviera to British Columbia, they finally discovered their paradise in English-speaking, beautiful Placencia, Belize.
